Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TileFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individual contractors, business owners, and organization members.

Description of Service

TileFlow is a business management platform designed for tile and flooring professionals. The Service includes:

• Client and contact management
• Quote creation, sending, and tracking
• AI-powered design visualization tools
• Job and project management
• Calendar and event scheduling
• Team and organization management
• Price book management
• Push notifications and reminders

Account Registration and Security

To use TileFlow, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of TileFlow require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, not TileFlow

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

User Content and Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content and data you create or upload through TileFlow, including:

• Client information and contacts
• Quotes, line items, and pricing
• Photos and design images
• Job details and notes
• Organization and business data

By using the Service, you grant TileFlow a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than operating the Service.

AI-Generated Content

TileFlow offers AI-powered design visualization features. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI-generated designs are provided as creative suggestions and visualization aids only
• Generated images may not be an exact representation of the final installed product
• TileFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, feasibility, or quality of AI-generated designs
• You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any design before presenting it to clients or executing it
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional architectural or engineering advice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TileFlow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized communications
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business operations

Intellectual Property

The TileFlow name, logo, user interface, and underlying software are the intellectual property of TileFlow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent. Your business data and content remain yours — see “User Content and Data Ownership” above.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TileFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to TileFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination

You may stop using TileFlow at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before account deletion.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of TileFlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
